Breakfast was good - swimming pool on the roof was a bit unusual and we had to get used to it. But great location on the roof!

Cleanliness was well - sometimes the room smelled like urine - there are probably problems with waste water and because the windows cannot be opened...

all of the staff were very kind. the location was great and perfect, just 5 min walk from mount lavinia bus stand. what's more, it was so close to many restaurants and shops nearby, and island.

We enjoyed taking leisurely strolls on Mount Lavinia Beach and discovering the vibrant birdlife at Attidiya Bird Sanctuary. The kids loved the adventure at Dehiwala Zoological Gardens and marveled at the exhibits in the Air Force Museum. My wife and I found peace and tranquility through the rejuvenating yoga and meditation sessions offered at the hotel. It was the perfect way to find balance and happiness during our family vacation.

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

We had agreed that we would be picked up by the hotel shuttle at the airport - unfortunately no one came... Breakfast wasn't that amazing.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and was impressed with their conference arena which accommodates up to 100 people and is equipped with podium microphones, a sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. It was perfect for my business needs.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide a business center with printing and copying facilities. This would have been useful for my work requirements.
